Part-Time Social Media Manager – Mindset Beverages

Mindset Beverages makes adaptogen drinks that help people focus, recover, and feel balanced. We’re a small but growing brand, and our social media should feel just as fresh, bold, and fun as our drinks.
The Job
We need someone who can make Instagram and TikTok pop. You’ll be the creative force behind our posts, reels, and stories—bringing personality, energy, and a bit of mischief.
You’ll:
- Create content that people actually care about and have fun with
- Chat with followers, answer DMs, and keep our community engaged
- Hunt down and connect with brand ambassadors for collabs
- Spot trends, test ideas, and keep things fresh and unexpected
You Are:
- Obsessed with social media and know what works on TikTok + Instagram
- Creative and playful, but smart about what actually grows a brand
- Comfortable creating simple photos, videos, and reels (no Hollywood budget here lol)
- Organized enough to post consistently, but flexible enough to experiment
