We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for all posting and overseeing our social media channels. Your expertise in social media platforms, community and analytics will be fundamental to achieving our marketing goals and expanding our brand presence. Responsibilities • Manage overall day-to-day operations of brand social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and reporting. • Post relevant social media content to optimize engagement with fans and followers to drive brand loyalty and brand resonance. • Utilize social media data and metrics for analyzing trends, monitoring performance, and optimizing strategies • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms • Continuously analyze competitors and identify opportunities to strengthen our social media strategies and ways to improve. • Stay informed about relevant social media regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance..

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education equivalent to a college diploma or university degree in marketing, media, or a related field
- Proven social media experience • Demonstrated social media expertise from strategy through execution.
- Deep understanding of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Working knowledge of social media tools (Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Exercise sound judgment to issue resolution of day-to-day operational challenges
- Ability to work with autonomy, follow instructions and work as part of an integrated team • Ability to execute with flawless detail while keeping visibility of the broader strategy #LI-Hybrid
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour
