Do you love creating content, chatting with people online, and helping customers find the perfect look for their home? West Peak Tile & Stone is looking for a Social Media & Sales Associate to bring fresh energy to our showroom and online presence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) – creating fun, engaging posts + videos.
- Posting and managing Facebook Marketplace ads to showcase new arrivals and promotions.
- Responding to customer messages and building connections online.
- Helping customers in-store with tile selections and project ideas.
- Brainstorming creative marketing ideas and helping out with events/promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who’s creative, outgoing, and comfortable being on camera.
- Knows their way around social media trends + loves experimenting with content.
- Organized and motivated, with a friendly, approachable vibe.
- Sales or retail experience is a bonus (but we’ll teach you about tile!).
- A natural communicator who loves helping people.

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
