Job Description:
We’re currently looking for a motivated and reliable Painter’s Helper / Apprentice to join our team. This is an entry-level role with room to grow. You’ll assist experienced painters on residential and commercial projects, learning the trade from the ground up while gaining hands-on experience in surface preparation, painting, cleanup, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Support painters with prep work: masking, sanding, caulking, and cleaning surfaces
- Assist with brush, roller, and spray applications
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Load and unload tools and materials
- Learn professional painting techniques and develop trade skills over time
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to take direction
- Punctual and reliable
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation are a big plus
- Experience is great but not required—we’ll train the right person
