Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter -taping to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RENOVATION techniques and be able to work effectively on various projects, including residential and commercial properties. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying Paint, taping to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and professional clean finish.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for plaster application by cleaning and repairing as needed.
- Mix plaster ingredients to achieve the desired consistency and texture.
- Apply plaster using trowels, brushes, or spray equipment to walls and ceilings.
- Smooth and finish plaster surfaces to ensure a high-quality appearance.
- Repair any imperfections in existing plasterwork. Or Drywall
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and drywall installers, to complete projects efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Painter-taping-Plasterer or in a similar role within the RENOVATION industry.
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with maintenance person tasks, including caulking and drywall installation. and Taping
- Ability to read blueprints accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$38.14 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
