We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
- Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers to achieve a smooth and even finish.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and cranes safely and effectively during the painting process.
- Perform quality checks on painted surfaces to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
Experience
- Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately.
