Det’on Cho Logistics is seeking a mission-critical Operations Coordinator to help manage complex logistics and support northern operations. You'll coordinate freight across air, land, and seasonal ice roads, solving issues before they happen while keeping communication flowing.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate freight shipments across the supply chain—from suppliers to remote sites
- Monitor schedules, delays, and urgent shipments—and solve problems before they happen
- Coordinate and expedite priority freight
- Communicate constantly with carriers, clients, and our in-house teams
- Update systems, generate reports, and keep data clean and timely
- Respond to critical calls and flag issues requiring escalation
- Stay calm under pressure while juggling multiple tasks
- Be the eyes and ears of the operation and an essential link in our logistics chain
What You Bring
- Dispatch, operations, or logistics coordination experience (aviation experience is a serious bonus)
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, dispatch, or customer service environments
- Exceptional task and time management—you don’t drop balls
- Confident communicator (phone, email, in person)
- Cool under pressure and organized to the bone
- Tech-savvy: you know your way around MS Office and can learn freight management systems
- Adaptable, proactive, and detail-obsessed
- A team player who can take the lead when needed
