Twin Rivers is currently hiring an Operations Assistant to assist with daily operations.
Duties will include:
Rent collection
Creation of leases
Creating and delivering notice to tenants
Manage repairs for rental properties
Create and pass out rentals increases
Some on call work required
Manage warranty work for new homes
General admin duties
Handle tenant phone calls
Other duties as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
