Job Type: Part-time | In-Office
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Start Date: August 05th 2025/ ASAP
Are you organized, personable, and looking to be the friendly face and voice of a busy and growing company? We’re looking for a Receptionist / Operations Assistant to join our team and help keep our front office and operations running smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage general office correspondence, emails, courier packages, and filing
- Provide administrative support to operations and management teams
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and office area
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
- Support other departments with various clerical and operational tasks_.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is an asset
- Positive attitude, team player, and proactive approach.
