We're looking for an Operations Manager /Executive Assistant to become the owner's right hand. Someone who’s obsessed with structure, proactive problem-solving, and making things run beautifully behind the scenes.

- Strong customer service skills
You Will:
- Manage clinic operations, inventory, and team accountability
- Support the owner with admin, special projects, and strategic execution
- Improve systems and help scale the business with grace and precision
- Lead effectively from behind the scenes
