Job Summary
Ontario Approved Professionals (OAP) is seeking a highly organized, professional, and energetic Program Coordinator to support its President, Vice-President, and Executive team. The role is ideal for an administrative professional with strong multitasking skills, experience in social media management, and a passion for supporting local business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage member events and program logistics
- Handle social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Process and track membership applications and renewals
- Provide admin support to the President, Vice-President, and recruitment team
- Complete routine office duties: email, document creation, filing, calendar management
- Maintain accurate digital records and task logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years in office administration or program coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience with social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Bonus: Working knowledge of Photoshop, ChatGPT, or QuickBooks
Schedule:
- Part-time: 3 full days/week in office (24 hours/week)
