About the position
Our hotel is looking for an experienced Night Auditor to join our busy front desk team for a part time job.
In this position, you will provide front desk services to our 5-star guests, process payments and act as an excellent source of information on all hotel matters, amenities and surrounding areas. You will also be responsible for all night auditing tasks and reports. Our perfect candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and complete tasks correctly and on time. Previous accounting experience or night auditor experience is a plus in this role.

To ensure the full auditing of all postings, charges, and payment transactions are balanced at the close of business each evening.
To ensure the hotel building is safe and secure overnight.
Verify reservations, collect payment, assign rooms, and address guest needs
Maintaining strict confidentiality and accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Answer calls, and provide service during the night.
Ability to work independently, and complete all nightly tasks on time and correctly.
