The ideal candidate is well-rounded, proactive, and comfortable balancing guest service with hands-on operational work—while being excited to live, work, and play in one of Canada’s top mountain resorts.

- Restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
- Emptying garbage/recycling as needed
- Light snow shoveling or de-icing entryways during winter months
- Provide limited front desk coverage, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations when required.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure readiness for the following day.
- Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or guest services is required.
- Hands-on ability and comfort with basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently overnight.
- Comfortable managing multi-line phones and responding to urgent calls.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance guest service with operational tasks.
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Experience with hotel management software is an asset (training provided).
