We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who will be responsible for answering phone/email inquiries at the reception desk, greeting clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Conduct sales over the phone
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of our products and services via phone
- Perform other duties as required (research trends, market knowledge, customer follow-up, etc.)
Requirements:
- Telemarketing experience
- front desk reception experience
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor both over the phone and in person
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
