We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Development Representative to grow and expand our customer base across multiple verticals, including wellness retreats, corporate group bookings, gluten-free products, and natural skincare sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Sales & Retreats:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate wellness retreats, day events, and group bookings.
- Build strong relationships with HR professionals, wellness consultants, and event planners.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Product Line Expansion:
- Promote and expand the market for our gluten-free bakery and natural skincare product line across retail, hospitality, wellness, and specialty channels.
- Source and pitch to potential distributors, retail partners, and spas/salons.
- Attend trade shows and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
- Track KPIs, (For a Business Development Role):
o Monthly Sales Revenue: Amount of sales generated.
o New Client Acquisition: Number of new clients or accounts secured.
o Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads that turn into paying customers.
o Average Deal Size: Value of each sale or contract.
o Sales Cycle Length: How long it takes to close a deal.
o Client Follow-Up Rate: % of follow-ups done within a set time frame.
- Generate reports, and contribute to strategic growth planning
Qualifications:
- Proven success in B2B or consumer product sales, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or natural goods.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation; thrives in a goal-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse product lines.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
