  • Use a deep understanding of the technical, operational, and liquidity needs of our network to build innovative solutions to delivering cross-border payments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and business development, to define, build, and maintain products critical to growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Understand our and our partner's API suite and how we test and execute integrations, and implement solutions that will ensure ease of integration, product reliability, and payment speed.
  • Drive improvements with our existing implementations with banks and payment services providers and ensure consistent execution across new integrations.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 10+ years of experience in premier payment services, enterprise software, or virtual asset services companies, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager.
  • Consistent track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products.
  • Strong payments experience and a keen curiosity about blockchain, as well as knowledge of Ripple, its ecosystem, and where the market is headed.
  • Technical competence and understanding; preference for software engineering background.
  • Ability to understand both business needs and technical requirements and communicate both across internal teams and external partners.
  • Motivated by intellectual challenges and driven by a spirit to win in the market.
