Reporting to the Group Product Manager - Business Operations, the Product Manager (PM) plays a crucial role in planning and pricing and driving product growth and performance
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading strategic planning activities such as forecasting, budgeting, opportunity assessment and business case development for new product initiatives
Evaluating market opportunities and insights to support pricing strategies, and billing changes
Providing financial analysis and narrative, translating complex data and trends into clear insights and product context for senior stakeholders
Define success metrics and monitor KPIs, customer behavior, and pricing effectiveness across use cases; use data and user feedback to drive iterative improvements in revenue and volume growth.
Partnering with cross-functional squads to align on cost structures during planning/budgeting cycles
Driving continuous improvement through iteration and experimentation.
Contributing to product vision and strategic planning with awareness of long-term impact
You bring:
7+ years of experience in management consulting, business planning, or related commercial roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or a related quantitative field
Proficient in Excel, data analysis, market modeling, and financial forecasting
Proven ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience collaborating within agile squads to drive feature delivery and meet squad OKRs
Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
