What You’ll Be Doing
- Softscape work: planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and occasional hardscape projects
- Garden bed cleanups, pruning, raking, cultivating, stump removal, moving mulch and soil
- Operating power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedgers) safely and efficiently
- Working with hand tools and specialized equipment as needed
- Delivering great customer service and taking pride in every detail
- Staying active: bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and enjoying fresh air all day
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- A clean, valid G driver’s license and criminal record
- Reliable transportation to our Whitby location
- At least 1 year of work experience (landscaping is a bonus, but not required)
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather — from warm sunny days to crisp fall mornings

- Ability to handle physical tasks and stay on your feet throughout the day

The Good Stuff
- Pay: $18–$40/hr (based on experience)
- Hours: Full-time (40–50 hrs/week) or part-time
- Additional: Bonus pay opportunities
- Uniforms provided
