What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a crew to complete landscaping jobs efficiently and professionally
- Ensuring all projects meet high-quality standards and customer expectations
- Keeping the team motivated and running smoothly
- Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment
- Staying organized and keeping job sites clean
- Communicating with customers in a kind, patient, and professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
- At least two years of landscaping or related experience
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic
- Leadership skills to manage and guide a crew effectively
- A patient, professional, and customer-friendly approach
- A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
