Job Description:
We are currently seeking one more garden team member to help finish off the 2025 season. As a gardener at GardenWise, you will play a vital role in the creation and maintenance of our clients' gardens. You will work in groups of 3-5 ensuring that each garden reflects our commitment to quality and beauty.
Responsibilities:
- Performing regular maintenance tasks such as weeding, raking, cultivating, deadheading, and plant staking.
- Proper use of gardening tools including hedge trimmers and blowers.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Gardening experience is an asset but not required. Will train the right candidates.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Working in all weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for nature and a dedication to creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
