About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced HR Systems Practice Leader to guide clients through HR technology strategy and transformation. This role blends leadership, consulting, and delivery expertise to help organizations modernize HR and workforce systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR technology and process transformation projects and team members.
- Provide advisory services across HCM, payroll, scheduling, and workforce management.
- Partner with clients on strategy, system selection, and implementation.
- Mentor team members and shape HR practice offerings.
What You Bring:
- Proven HR systems leadership and consulting experience.
- Extensive experience working in hospital HR departments.
- Strong system administration experience with HCM/HRIS/ERP systems (Workday, UKG, Vocantas and similar).
- Certifications in various HRIS/HCM/WFM/ERP IT systems.
- Ability to lead client engagements and deliver business value.
- Excellent communication, advisory, and people leadership skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in HR IT systems including UKG, Workday, Vocantas and more.
- Familiarity with various databases, networking, RESTful services and VPN technologies.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java; experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle databases.
- Competence in building, managing, updating and troubleshooting system integrations through SFTP, APIs, Boomi (CRTs), and other ETL approaches.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
