Position Overview
The HR & Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing all HR duties, payroll processes and Billing process, supporting HR functions. Shared task's among the office are responding to phones, clients, staff.
This role requires accuracy, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information while delivering exceptional internal customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Must like dogs - office dog :)
Responsibilities
- Full HR / Payroll-Billing / Admin Role
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR communications.(interviews/hire/training)
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized files to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Support various administrative tasks, including clerical work and office management duties.
- Phone calls
- Home Care/Health Care preferred.
- After hours phone calls - shared with all staff - (once every 6 wks- for two weeks- paid 10 hours per two week rotation banked hours for holidays).
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- HR - Payroll - Billing experience with accuracy.
- Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee and company information.
- Advanced computer proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level skills in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a dynamic environment.
