An experienced HR Recruiter who can facilitate the recruitment process, maintain employee records, and provides administrative support to all departments across Canada.

Acorn Stairlifts Canada Inc, has become the leader in our industry. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Full cycle recruitment: placing ads, filtering resumes, completing screening calls with candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Assist Hiring Managers in interviews
- Liaise with senior management regarding new hires
- Review and update job descriptions
- Maintain and update HR files including e-files and data maintained within HRIS system
- Provide administrative support to employees across Canada
- Remain up to date on all relevant industry related legislation, best practices, and trends
- Other duties as assigned/required
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Be familiar with recruitment best practices
- Experience in a multi-provincial environment an asset
- Up to date on all relevant employment legislation
- Great attitude, work ethic, and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail oriented, with excellent time management skills
- Able to adapt in a fast paced environment and re-prioritize on a continual basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
The incumbent will possess or demonstrate an ability to acquire the following:
- Human resources related degree or diploma
- 2-4 years HR Recruiting or related experience
- 2 years experience using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
