About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven HR & Administrative Manager to support our growing team. You’ll work closely with leadership to keep staffing, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and documentation running smoothly across multiple departments.
What You’ll Do
Staffing & HR Operations
- Answer employment and Service Canada questions, including ROEs
- Track and verify vacation and time-off balances
- Troubleshoot HRIS and support staff with system issues
- Assist Supervisors with hiring and onboarding as required
- Other HR duties as required
Scheduling & Communications
- Create and maintain annual schedules, checklists, and forms (x7 departments)
- Coordinate content approvals and proofread internal materials (spelling, grammar, formatting)
- Review and approve newsletters and internal communications
- Assist in drafting/updating handbooks and policy manuals
- Manage document access via Google Drive
- Other scheduling/admin tasks as needed
Performance & Compensation
- Support supervisors with performance evaluations and feedback conversations
- Draft and review disciplinary letters, track actions, and assist with issue resolution
- Create annual compensation review forms and support pay increase discussions
- Help organize staff appreciation efforts
- Other duties related to performance management as assigned
Tech & Tools
- Investigate service providers and make recommendations based on research
- Maintain access to digital platforms and ensure smooth operations
- Other tech-related support as needed
What You Bring
- 2+ years in HR, admin, or coordination roles
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
- Proficient with Dayforce, Google Workspace, and ATS tools (Indeed)
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working with different teams

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
