Job Description: HCM (Preference for EC/ECP)- Test Lead

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Lead to manage and oversee testing activities for our HCM systems, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The Test Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and quality assurance of HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans tailored to HCM systems.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure test coverage.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior testers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Test Lead, preferably in HCM projects.
Hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar HCM platforms.
Experience with automated testing tools and techniques.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
