You are:
An experienced Oracle HCM Tosca Tester
The work:
Day-to-day management of the Technical Workstream for Oracle HCM/Tosca testing
Manage Integrations, Conversions, extensions
Go-live planning and cutover
When to use which tool and how
Manage technical Problems & Troubleshooting
Working Effectively with Oracle Cloud Support
Environment Management
Managing Change in the Cloud - Create and manage Build unit tracker
Weekly tracking and communication of technical Workstream status during leadership and program status meetings
Oversight of internal Accenture technical team resources
Support global program manager with development of leadership status materials and management of project plan
This role is in our Local ATCs (Mississauga ON) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.
Here's what you need:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Oracle HCM/Tosca testing projects.
Minimum 1 year of experience in supporting Oracle projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Bonus points if:
Knowledge of Oracle HCM/Tosca processes and data model
Strong knowledge required with Oracle HCM/Tosca
