Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Excel Expert with deep hands-on expertise in working with large datasets from SAP ECC, specifically within the SAP HCM domain.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of HCM-related tables, InfoSets, and SAP reporting tools, and will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights using Excel’s advanced capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
· Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from SAP ECC, especially from SAP HCM modules.
· Work with HCM infotypes, Employee Central (EC) tables, and custom InfoSets to generate HR reports.
· Create and automate advanced Excel dashboards, reports, and models based on SAP HCM data.
· Use advanced Excel features such as If, Vlook up, H Look up, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, Macros, Array formulas, PivotTables, Conditional Formatting, etc.
· Partner with HR and IT teams to identify reporting needs and deliver customized Excel-based solutions.
· Perform data validation, cross-checking, and auditing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Translate complex SAP HR data into readable formats for senior management and stakeholders.
· Support integration of Excel reports with other data visualization platforms or HR tools if needed.
· Develop SOPs and documentation for Excel report generation from SAP data.

Must-Have Skills:
· Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (If, Vlook up, H Look up, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, Macros, Array formulas, PivotTables, Conditional Formatting, Advanced Formulas).
· Strong experience working with SAP ECC HCM data, including:
o Infotypes (e.g., 0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, etc.)
o HCM EC tables (e.g., PA0001, PA0002, PA0016, etc.)
o Time and Payroll data (optional but preferred)
o Custom InfoSets and SAP Query development
· Ability to extract and manipulate data from SAP (directly or via data dumps, reports, or interfaces).
· Experience in building Excel dashboards or HR scorecards using SAP data.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
· Familiarity with SAP HR Reporting Tools (Ad Hoc Query, SAP Query, SQ01/SQ02/SQ03).
· Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) is a strong plus.
· Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
