- Analyze client needs and design tailored Oracle HCM solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to specific client requirements.
- Ensure the implementation and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions.
- Provide technical and functional support to end-users.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
- Perform validation tests and configuration audits.
- Train users and administrators on new Oracle HCM features and modules.
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and propose continuous improvements.
- Degree in computer science, human resource management, or a related field.
- Professional experience of 3 years or more as an Oracle HCM Consultant.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.
- Experience with project management and incident tracking tools.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in human resource management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Oracle HCM certification.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
