We are seeking to expand our network of skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in healthcare IT transformation projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis to support solution design
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure user needs are captured and aligned with clinical workflow
- Collaborating with technical teams to support system integration and data migration activities
- Assisting in the development of training materials, workflow diagrams, and test cases
- Contributing to change management planning to ensure adoption and minimal disruption
- Supporting procurement and implementation roadmaps through evidence-based requirements
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare sector.
- Experience with long-term care systems, CHR/eHealth platforms, or provincial health initiatives.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with PointClickCare, HL7, FHIR, or interRAI standards
