- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
- CCIL Certification (Preferred)
- Previous experience in soil and asphalt compaction, concrete testing, and subgrade evaluation considered an asset.
- Possess a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
- Willing and able to work in both field and office environments, with travel as required.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in common industry software.
- Flexible, well-organized, motivated for both technical and personal growth, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong report writing skills and fluency in English communication (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and respond proactively to time-sensitive matters
