Specific Responsibilities:
- Host live online games while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
- Engage and interact with players professionally and in a friendly manner.
- Deal cards, spin the wheel, announce winning bets, and shuffle cards.
- Perform Floor Supervisor duties on a rotating basis.
- Handle gaming equipment with speed and accuracy.
- Follow strict security protocols to maintain game integrity.
- Assist players with game rules and answer questions related to wins and general inquiries.
- Handle disputes promptly in line with company procedures.
- Stay updated by attending training sessions on new games and industry developments.
- Complete other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
- Comfortable hosting games on camera.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Technologically savvy, with basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of casino games is an asset.
- Ability to comply with gaming licensing directives.
