We are currently seeking a talented individual who can speak Vietnamese, Chinese, and English to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- MUST Speak Vietnamese, Chinese, and English.
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office Excel & words.
- Arranging & Coordinating all aspects of group travel, including booking hotels, transportation,s and activities etc.
- Preparing daily tour assignments including tour group manifests, attractions reservation, vehicle allocations, itinerary changes, Driver orders, hotel allocations, and specific guest requirements.
- Negotiating with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and other businesses to secure the best possible rates.
- Bookings, database management and entry, invoicing, and guest details.
- Reviewing all travel documents to ensure that all details are correct before finalizing arrangements.
- Updating clients during the trip regarding any changes in schedules or itineraries
- Managing the group’s schedule, including booking appointments with local merchants or businesses.
- Communicating with clients and providing them with information about travel plans and activities
- Dealing with and documenting complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner.
- Providing information about hotels, restaurants, entertainment options, and other travel-related topics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Exceptional customer service skills
Previous experience as a Travel Agent is an asset
Self-motivated with effective time management skills, able to manage a varied workload
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good problem solving ability, attentive to detail

資格：
- 必須懂越南文, 中文 (普通話/廣東話)和英文
- 出色的客戶服務技能
- 作為旅行代理人的先前經驗是一個優勢
- 自我激勵，具有有效的時間管理技能，能夠處理各種工作負荷
- 優秀的書面和口頭溝通技巧
- 能夠獨立工作以及作為團隊的一部分
- 良好的解決問題能力，細心入微
- 精通辦公軟件 Excel 和 Word。
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
