Receptionist (Full Time)

We are seeking a receptionist to join our Team!
As the perfect addition to our team, the Receptionist is primarily responsible for being the front-line staff to our customers. The Receptionist is also responsible for inventory, processing transactions, and ensuring that all data is correctly and accurately entered and withdrawn into the computer.
What we are looking for in YOU:
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in a retail (or similar) setting
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and comfortable handling competing priorities
- Familiarity in answering a multi-telephone line system
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Must have a valid Ontario G class driver's license
- Must be computer literate
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills; while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Must demonstrate excellence in punctuality and attendance
- Must be client focused
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to listen effectively and carryout instructions as directed
- Must be committed to data and information integrity and privacy
What will your contribution be to US:
- Check switchboard voicemail as required each day and forward messages to appropriate person
- Preparation of key tags and windshield stickers, maintenance of Key Logix system i.e. programming incoming keys, collecting and deprogramming delivered key pegs
- Prepare vehicle dockets for the sales department to be filed in designated area
- Assist the accounting department in any duties assigned to you from time-to-time
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date log book recording all transactions with couriers when forwarding documents
- Maintain plate log, along with reporting it daily/nightly
- Prepare deal folders for sales department
- Stock in new and used vehicles
- Assist with sales department when needed, including greeting customers
- Any other duties as assigned
