What You'll Do:
- Handle phone communication with professionalism and warmth
- Manage booking procedures and scheduling across our multiple locations
- Process pricing inquiries and explain our services
- Welcome walk-in clients and manage deposits
- Provide exceptional customer service and explain financing options
- Learn the business from the ground up with mentorship from our experienced team
What We're Looking For:
- Reliability is essential - our clients count on consistent service
- Flexibility with shifts - we operate 10:30 AM to 12:00 AM, 7 days a week
- Clear communication skills and professional phone manner
- Artistic background/drawing skills - a major asset for future apprenticeship opportunities
- Medical background - an asset given our booking and administrative needs
- Genuine interest in tattoo artistry and culture
- Strong customer service orientation
