Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing information about our services, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling duties.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Provide product demonstrations to clients as needed.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and reporting purposes.
- Support retail sales efforts by promoting products and services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and reporting.
- Familiarity with retail sales practices is an advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively to clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
