Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and motivated Receptionist to join our amazing team! This is a part-time position perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic clinic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients in person and over the phone
- Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist practitioners with administrative support as needed
- Ensure the front desk area and lobby are clean and welcoming
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, sales, hospitality experience an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Eagerness to learn about health and aesthetics services
Compensation:
- Starting at $18/hour
- Increase to $20/hour after a 2-month probation period

Schedule:
- Part-time (flexible hours, weekdays + occasional weekends)
