We are a modern and welcoming beauty salon dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating a relaxing environment for our clients. We are currently looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Administrator / Operator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage bookings
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
- Handle client inquiries in person, by phone, and online
- Support salon staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Process payments and manage the cash register
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Basic computer skills (booking software experience preferred)
- Friendly, professional, and well-organized
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality is a plus
