Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing front desk operations, including cash handling and billing inquiries.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
