Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Floral Assistant to join our team at a fast-paced, high-end flower shop. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. A large part of this job will be to install and service our Corporate accounts.
Responsibilities .
- Assisting with on-site floral installations for private clients, events, and corporate spaces
- Providing outstanding customer care in-store and over the phone
- Supporting floral designers with flower preparation, processing, and shop upkeep
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Assisting with deliveries and set-ups as needed
Qualifications
- Previous floral shop, event, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong eye for detail, creativity, and love for flowers
- Professional, polished communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Flexible schedule, including the occasional early start, and the occasional weekend.
- Valid G license required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $27.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
