About the Role
We’re hiring a Driver & Junior Installation / Production Assistant to join our team. This hands-on role involves supporting the production process and assisting with installations of printed materials like adhesive vinyl, banners, and posters.
You’ll be trained on installation techniques while providing an extra set of hands to help ensure accuracy, strong measuring skills, and high-quality results. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced, practical environment.
A valid Ontario driver’s license and minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean abstract are essential, as you will regularly drive a company vehicle to client sites for installations.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic installations of products and equipment according to specifications and guidelines
- Assist with printing, cutting, laminating, and prepping materials in the production area
- Drive company vehicle to job sites for installs and occasional deliveries
- Move materials and equipment as necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety measures are followed
- Maintain clear communication with team members
- Use measuring tools and apply basic math to ensure accurate placements and dimensions
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while on-site
- Document completed installations and report any discrepancies or concerns to management
- Be available for early morning, evening, or overnight installs as required
Requirements
- License: Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract and at least 5 years of driving experience (required)
- Detail-Oriented: Strong eye for accuracy, alignment, and quality finish
- Math & Measuring Skills: Comfortable using measuring tools and working with dimensions
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting materials
- Flexibility: Willingness to work non-standard hours when needed
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Past experience with construction, or hands-on tasks working independently following directions
- Familiarity with wide-format printing, laminating, or cutting equipment.
- Any experience with installations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
