Imagine Therapeutic Services
Imagine Therapeutic Services delivers high-quality, comprehensive services for community members with special needs. ITS provides individual homes and services including ABA therapy, community activities, life skills programming, and one-to-one in-home support. Program Counsellor
ITS is hiring Program Counsellors to provide daily support for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses in both home and community settings. If you share our commitment to improving members' quality of life and meet our values and expectations, we want you on our team.
Your Qualifications
- · Strong written and oral communication skills and computer skills
- · Current First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- · Access to a reliable vehicle and Canadian Driver’s license is a must
- · Ability to obtain a clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- · Outstanding focus on member safety and care
- · A strong understanding of mental health and appropriate therapeutic
- responses are an extremely valuable assets
- -Physical ability to support people, some with limited mobility. Able to carry, push and lift 25 lbs.
- · Completion of Human Services Diploma (Developmental Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker, PSW etc.) from a recognized Community College or University
- Schedules: Support shifts and 24 hr. shifts available depending on location
- Education: Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma
- Must have experience working with Autism

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
