Victims’ Supports Outreach Program for
Immigrant Children, Youth and Families Affected by Family Violence (VSOP)
Hourly Position, 37.5 hours (Limited Term until December 2025)
Location: Primarily based in Chestermere, with regular travel to the Calgary office
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Outreach Counsellor is responsible for providing intervention supports for immigrants and refugees impacted by violence and abuse. The role is responsible for delivering services for the communities in Chestermere and surrounding areas while working with community partners to help address the needs of clients who are experiencing family violence.
