In the role of Electronics Technician, the successful candidate will:
- Install systems on and build Uncrewed Surface Vessels (USVs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical, mechanical, and software systems in our USV solutions.
- Provide support for projects, troubleshooting, testing, and repairs as required.
- Provide training and technical support to customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Hold an Electronics Technician diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in the industry.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and time management skills, ability to update all the needed technical documents.
- Thorough understanding of electronics principles and design.
- Strong hands-on skills, including soldering, crimping, wiring, and assembling electronic components.
- Experience with embedded systems is considered an asset.
- Experience or hobbyist involvement in modifying, developing, or experimenting with drones, robots, or related technologies is an asset.
