What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and assign deliveries to drivers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on shipments.
- Maintain accurate records in dispatch software.
What You Bring
- 2 years of Experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (English/French an asset).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with dispatch or logistics software is an asset.
