TOWING COMPANY DISPATCH EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
We are in the process of hiring a detail-oriented Tow Operations Dispatcher to join our team.
This position requires strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and a commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities
- Receive calls from the customers and delegate and assign the calls to the on duty tow drivers.
- Utilize Tow Book for daily planning and scheduling.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Monitor trucks movements and staging in Samsara for agile dispatching.
- Assist in freight load planning and dispatch.
Skills
- Proficient in data entry with strong computer skill.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Samsara, Towbook and iTow systems is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette for professional interactions with clients and drivers.
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes.
- Must have past experience in Towing industry.

Pay: $17.90-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
