We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, and ensuring that all towing operations are conducted efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure safety and compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including vehicle condition and mileage.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at job sites.
Experience
- MUST have Ontario Towing license
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license and appropriate endorsements.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, particularly in the automotive industry, is an advantage.
