Job Description
We’re looking for a driven, resourceful coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in advancing both our real estate and renewable energy projects. This is a foundational position that offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to shape your own path within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
About the Role
This is a high-impact support role that helps us execute work for our clients across a wide range of real estate and renewables projects. You’ll work closely with senior team members to support project planning and delivery – from early-stage research and financial analysis to day-to-day coordination and reporting.
Because our projects evolve quickly, success in this role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. No two days look the same, and that’s part of what makes this opportunity so rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of real estate development and renewable energy projects
- Support the development and implementation of renewable initiatives, including BESS, solar, and wind
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and government programs
- Analyze project pro formas and help prepare financial models and internal reports
- Create presentations and briefing materials for client and internal use
- Monitor new business opportunities in sustainability and clean energy
- Work closely with the Principal and Development Manager(s) to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables
- Help keep the team organized and on track in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- You are hungry to learn, eager to contribute, and motivated by purpose
- You bring strong initiative and follow-through – no task is too small for you
- You communicate clearly and quickly, and thrive in a collaborative team setting
- You’re curious about renewable energy, real estate development, or both and are excited to grow in this space
- You have an understanding of business finance and are comfortable working with numbers
- You excel at prioritizing, juggling multiple responsibilities, and staying calm under pressure
Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree is preferred, ideally a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or a degree related to real estate, business, or a relevant field - but we’re also open to candidates with strong, applicable experience
- This role is designed for someone junior, coachable, and eager to grow
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person team environment
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning the fundamentals of real estate and energy development while gaining exposure to large, complex projects that shape the future of our communities and our planet.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our office five days a week. We believe in the value of being together to collaborate, learn, and grow as a team.
