We are a patient focused family dental office. We are looking for a dental administrator/ receptionist/ front desk who is warm, self-motivated, organized, detailed oriented, enthusiastic, ability to multitask and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a welcoming & professional attitude.
- Manage scheduling & appointment confirmations.
- Answer phone calls & respond to emails.
- Verify insurance & process claims.
- Handle billings & payments.
- Co-ordinate with other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Experience in Dental office would be an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 38 per week
