Refire Kitchen is a small business in Victoria, BC. We are customer-centric, rewarding, and inclusive, and our goal is to provide a welcoming and inclusive work environment. We consider our small staff family, and our customers, as you will soon see, become our friends. We are bringing stress-free meals to Victoria and beyond.
We are looking for some Customer Service Stars to make our Langford and Admirals customers shopping experience with us the highlight of their day.
We provide our customers with "Stress-Free Meals". These are fully prepared, delicious meals that are ready to simply "Take and Bake" in the comfort of their own home.
We currently have 4 locations, our first location is downtown on Fort St, and the second is in View Royal (Admirals) along with our production kitchen, Sidney and recently opened up Langford! . Want to join us on our journey? We want you to!
Duties:
We are looking for a new customer service star to:
- Greet our customers with enthusiasm and welcome them into the store
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions and provide product information and tasting notes as needed.
- Handle sales transactions through our POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness and re-stock fridges and freezers as necessary throughout the day.
- Perform closing duties such as tidying up, end of day inventory and cash out.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Skills:
- Must enjoy engaging with the public as you will be the face of our organization to our customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Incredible Customer Service skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Be able to lift 25lbs.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
