Looking for a Medical Office Assistant to join a medical specialist practice in office building opposite Surrey Memorial Hospital (with easy transit access!). Ability to communicate in Hindi/Punjabi is an asset. Experience with Accuro EMR preferred.
Casual/part time hours (2 days per week). Job is for 4 hours on Monday and 4 hours on Wednesday. Can start as soon as possible.
Duties as below:
Register and schedule patients
Book/confirm appointments with patients and physician offices
Answer the phone, take messages, and handle patient inquiries
Prepare and send documents to Physicians, Pharmacies, and Patients
Other duties as required
